Inflate a balloon leaving about 4 inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the 1st about two inch bubble. It is the fin. Twist the 2nd soft about one inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the 2nd bubble in one lock twist. Twist the 3rd about two inch bubble. Twist the 4th soft about one inch bubble. Twist the 5th soft about one inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock all ends of the 4th and the 5th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 4).

Twist the 6th about two inch bubble. Twist the 7th soft about one inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the 7th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6).

Twist the 8th about three inch bubble (Pic 7).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last seven (the 2nd through the 8th) bubbles  in one lock twist (Pic 8). We have made the head.

Twist the 9th about four inch bubble. Twist the 10th soft about one inch bubble (Pic 9).

Lock both ends of the 10th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 10). The 10th bubble keeps the body and the tail in fixed positions.

The next three bubbles we twist to make the tail. Twist the 11th about three inch bubble. Twist the 12th about three inch bubble. Twist the 13th about three inch bubble (Pic 11). We will use the rest of the balloon to make the bottom part of the body and the fin. Now you can adjust the size of the tail, if it is necessary.

Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the 11th through the 13th) bubbles in one lock twist. Twist the 14th about four inch bubble. It is the bottom part of the body (Pic 12).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last 8 (the 7th through the 14th) bubbles in one lock twist. The rest of the balloon is the 15th bubble. It the bottom fin. Congratulations, you have made the fish (Pic 13 through 16).

Use a permanent black marker to draw eyes, fins and tail. Also, you can use different color balloon and twist different size bubbles to make similar fish (Pic 17).

We can use another color balloon to make eye bubbles. Make one white soft about five inch bubble (Pic 18). Tie both ends of this bubble together in one knot.

Lock both ends of white eye bubble with the 2nd orange bubble of the fish (Pic 19).

Force the eye bubble half way through the loop of the fish head bubbles (Pic 20 through the 24). Once again you can use the permanent marker to draw the eyes, fins and tail.

We can use simple sword to represent fishing rod. Use flat balloon to attach fish to the rod (Pic 25).

Have fun and happy twisting :)
